Yandira’s solo work debut for Sigourney Discs includes two tracks from the Spoken Bass performance El Tío Caramelo by Sergi Botella aka Yandira: an autobiographical project rooted in Valencia’s scene resulting here into a furious 12″ with remixes by Dark Vektor, Spear and Erika from Ectomorph. Designed by ferranElOtro Studio, the disc includes a photographic print by Violeta Mayoral remixed as well by ferranElOtro.
The live version of El Tío Caramelo was performed at the exhibition YOU GOT TO GET IN TO GET OUT (La Casa Encendida, Madrid) curated by Carolina Jiménez and Sonia Fernández Pan and at Laut (Barcelona) for CLUBS.
